   Everything was amazing honestly. I’ve been to other locations only thing i didn’t like was that the meat cutters weren’t coming around as often as other locations and I had to ask for a couple specifics meats. They were brought out promptly but that was the only downside

   It was a busy night as we celebrated my mom's birthday with a party of six. I had made a reservation earlier this week, and our table was situated very close to the front door. At first, the meat servers kept skipping us for some reason. However, after I brought the issue to their attention, the management addressed it right away. And we had a great night! Definitely will come back next time

   Bad experience and ruined my valentine. This is the second time I have bad experience with Pasadena fogo location. I love fogo and I been to many fogo different location and I never have bad experience. Pasadena location is letting me down. Bad time management (what is the point for making reservations when I have to wait over another hour of my reservation time. Bad checking system (my name gets called and someone pretend to be us and took our spot while I’m walking to the host called.) How do I know? The host call my name and while I walking to host and someone just walk up and said that is them then host just took them in. Then I saw my name on the list got taken out.

   Surprised and disappointed that with reservations there was over a 45 minute wait. Service was slow, had to request same item 3 times before it arrived. I understand it was busy, but continuous waiting is frustrating and undermines the entire experience.

   They didnt even bring our meat out only one of them and then after a little the seevers just kept walking past us with our meat because we heard him say it to the people behind us. I think its because we were young and i dont know. Wont ever be going again

   The wait was long but definitely worth it. The food was amazing. Our waitress very attentive and friendly.

   Food was great. Was disappointed that I had to wait over an hour despite having 9pm reservation. Furthermore, I was sitting at the bar with another couple who showed up 15 minutes after we did who also had a 9pm reservation according the couple and because they approached the front they somehow got seated before us. You’ve got to do better with keeping track of who is first.

   Being seated an hour after our 730 reservation was the only issue. What’s the point of a reservation? But other than that food and customer service was excellent.

    They were running over an hour behind on reservations. I understand it is Valentines Day, but if people have reservations, the time should be managed correctly. We had a 7:15 p.m. reservation and arrived on time, and were seated at 8:40 p.m.
