   I have visited 2 other locations and was always impressed. Sadly, our experience at the Providence location was awful. I am not one to write a bad review or send back a dish - but the price tag here has always lived up to the cost. We were in the city to see Hamilton, just me and my daughter, so I splurged. We were offered maybe 4 types of meat. Had trouble getting anyone to pay attention to us. Requested finally to have a piece of sirloin and waited 15/20 minutes. Total disappointment.

   The food was great. Not all the cuts, but in general most of the food was great. Many options in the salad bar, the service is great, waiters are very educated and respectful.

   The seafood tower came with some bits of frozen lobster meat and mussels, bland and not worth the price. Service was less attentive vs my previous visits as we had to wait for 10-15 minutes to get checked in on. We weren’t provided plates for the first 15 minutes and we got the Brazil experience on the menu. Party of 4. Drinks were spot on, the meats were cooked perfectly.

   It was good. Not great. The inside setup/decor has a nice clean, hip vibe to it, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of consistency in food or service. We had so many waiters come to our table (not talking about the servers bringing the meats), that by the end of the meal I wasn’t sure who we actually started with. This may be their “thing” but it was bizarre to me. At times, we were bombarded with them asking if we needed anything then at times didn’t see one come by for a drink order for long period of time. The green (serve me please) vs red (need a little break from food being brought) was a literal toss up. It didn’t matter which side was flipped up. Might as well do away with those as it didn’t matter which side was up. The food itself was okay. Some meats were overly seasoned and others not enough. The consistency was lacking. I also got some lamb that should have been left in the kitchen and never served to any diners (think totally cooked dry). I realize this place is fairly new and I think it has the potential to be much better and hopefully with training, it finds its groove and can become the place that it could be. I would try again, perhaps in another year before I would rule out ever going there again. But, I think it needs that time to become the well oiled machine that delivers a consistent experience all around.

   Great food. Drinks are reasonably priced. Parking is non traditional and no valet service. Long walk, but it is through the mall. Place could use some fresh carpet and a spruce up! Go for the food, not the ambiance and you wont be disappointed!

   Great, everything! The only thing they need to improve on is to automatically bring the lamb meat out as part of the rotation instead of guests requesting it.
