   I don’t usually write reviews but I figured I’d share my experience here. I was a little nervous seeing all the recent yelp reviews before I came here but honestly, the service was excellent. Drinks arrived within a few minutes, which were surprisingly cheap, anytime you needed something there was always someone around to ask, and we didn’t have to wait long for the bill. The food was good, and even though I wish the filet came around more often, every time I asked for it, it made its appearance, and was delicious. All of the meat was good, but not noticeably better or worse than Texas de Brazil. I only had one piece that was a little over salted, I know some of the bad reviews had mentioned that, and I definitely had my fair share of meat. It was decorated so nicely for Christmas, and as we were leaving the host was sweet enough to take our picture by the tree. Also, we had a kid in a high chair and they sweetly brought out French fries without us even asking for them. The last thing that was the cherry on top for us was one of the servers asked if we were celebrating anything, and we were all friends just catching up really, but my friend joked that we were there celebrating 13 years of friendship. They ended up bringing a lit candle with that written on a plate! It was so sweet and they really went above and beyond. Honestly, I was surprised at the bad reviews because I would come here asap because of how great the service was. Now we did come on a Monday night at 6pm, and I’m sure it’s not as good on a crazy weekend night, but if you’re looking for a nicer place and a fun experience, this place nails it. Worth the money to try it!

   Reasonably priced for the volume and variety of delicious food. Attentive and friendly staff. Nice ambience.

   It was absolutely amazing experience. Food was delicious and service excellent. Atmosphere was gorgeous.

   After dining recently at Fogo de Chao, my first piece of advice is to avoid the bench seats in the center of the room. Not only are they too low, they are quite difficult to get in and out of. The latter is no small consideration in a semi-buffet setting. But what I’m sure you really want to know about is the buffet variety, buffet quality, meat variety (as served, not necessarily as listed), meat quality and the service. In all cases, Texas de Brazil is better. Regarding the service, our mashed potatoes were served 45 minutes after we arrived and we had difficulty getting beverages refilled. However, none of this gets to the heart of our experience. Our table was booked under a Best of Brazil promotion, which was dinner for $39. The instruction was to make a note of this in the remarks section of the online reservation form, which we did. At the time, there was no expiration date. When we arrived, the hostess noted that we had booked the special, that it had expired, and that they were going to charge us $64. And they were sooo sorry that they hadn’t bothered to inform us until we arrived at the restaurant. If this is how you like to be treated, Fogo de Chao is for you.

   I just can’t with this place anymore. We’ve dined here 6 times since they opened and we won’t be back. So many issues tonight, no water for 5-10 minutes AFTER our order was taken, mixed drinks came without ice, limited options on the Market Table, never saw 1/2 the cuts of meat that were supposedly offered, meat service was extremely slow and we were absolutely rushed out. We hadn’t been seated for 20 minutes when someone came by asking if we were finished and if they could take our plates. (We were all “green” and waiting for more meat the first time they asked). Of the meat we were offered, the flank steak and filet were good, the garlic sirloin and top sirloin were flavorless. Sadly, I want to live this place but they make it impossible.

   We went to this restaurant for the first time on Thanksgiving 2024. Service was scarce from our actual waitress, but those making up for her absence made for a pleasant meal. Our waitress did not ask if we wanted refills on water or drinks, and forgot one of our main meals entirely. The food was was fine for what we paid, but not sure we would make another reservation.

   The music inside is too loud. The food is good The value is affordable only for special discount, otherwise is pricing The ambient is very beautiful and comfortable, however (again) the music does nos make any sense. The staffs are so good
