   Our party of four received a warm welcome upon arrival. We were seated quickly and marvelled at the classy atmosphere. Our waitress introduced herself and quickly confirmed our choices for dinner and an expensive bottle of wine. The salad bar was next and we were all pleasantly surprised at the vast array of wonderful choices. Unfortunately, for us, things soon started to unravel a bit. Our waitress returned with our choice of wine and immediately struggled with her attempt to open the bottle. That can happen to servers sometimes, then she broke the cork in half. Not being trained properly for this is bad form for a high-end expensive restaurant. Table service for the Churrasco experience soon started. Some of us had salad bar remains so we requested clean plates before starting the meat carvings. The server was unable to understand this simple request. The waitress was nowhere to be seen, so we were forced to leave our table and obtain clean plates from the salad bar ourselves. Churrasco offerings were perfectly cooked and extremely tasty. When we were full, our waitress still had not emerged to offer any follow up assistance. So we asked another passing staffer to clear the plates away as we continued to enjoy the ambience with our remaining wine. That appeared to be an imposition on her, but she did return to clear our table.  As we left the restaurant, not a single staffer engaged with us to say a simple thank you for dining with us, or we hope you enjoyed your evening. Nothing. We just disappeared into the night.  Growing pains at this newly opened Seattle location are obvious.

   The experience was wonderful. Took my wife there for her 31st birthday yesterday. My wife always wanted to eat there. It was both our first time not really a meat eater, but I found myself loving the texture and the taste of the meat,  lamb was on point. The buffet was healthy optional I would add the only thing I did not like about this place was not actually the place just don’t like how they would work the workers. They work from 9 o’clock AM until CLOSING TIME WITH NO BREAKS I would say allow them to take at least 15-30 minute break with a lunch break Washington state law

   We had a birthday party, good and pleasant place.. but very slow service, waiting when you have a reservation is ridiculous but is a policy for any those restaurants, most of our table asked for picanha meat and was definitely raw! I was satisfied with my waitress serving, he did a very well work with my choose meat (fraldinha)! I just don’t recommend the place because I was with high expectations and quality because it’s Seattle! ( Fogo de Chão Lynwood is much better at my opinion)

   We never even got to eat at the restaurant. We waited an hour after checking in for our reservation and not once were we checked on or updated. We walked out and went somewhere else. Terrible way to celebrate a special occasion.

   Lost our reservation, had us sitting in the lobby for over an hour waiting. Waitress didn't care to come by our table, only to glare from across the floor. Inconsiderate staff.

   Had a reservation for Valentine’s Day 3 weeks in advanced, our reservation was at 9:15 we did not get a table until 10pm.. never have waited for a reservation especially on a day for Valentine’s Day leaving us with bad taste in our mouth, food was great but no discount or anything offered for over 45 minute wait on a reservation

   made a reservation for 9, got there at 8:50, didn't get seated until 9:40. we walked out when 10 rolled around and no server had greeted us. we watched a couple get seated after us, and their server came within a couple minutes of them getting seated. I'm very disappointed, I've been wanting to try this place for years, just to wait over an hour for nothing. my boyfriend and I were looking forward to spending our first Valentine's day together here, just for our night to be wasted waiting. when we checked in, it wouldve been nice to have an estimate; had we known that it wouldve been this long of a wait despite having a reservation, we would've gone somewhere else since we had reservations at other restaurants, but chose to go here instead.

   They overbooked and had to wait an hour after our reservation time and hour waiter did not provide us with the service we usually receive from fogo de Chão. We were missing appetizers and items that come with all inclusive meals, we had to ask her for bread like 6 times and our drinks arrived after we were done eating. Out of all the fogo de Chao restaurants we’ve visited this has been the worst.

   Food was good but rotation of the food coming around was not very good. Was the same things and nothing different, our table was extremely wobbly. Waiter was worried about other tables and didn't come to ours very often. When we were first sat it took 15 min for anyone to acknowledge us or ask our drink order.

    Terrible. We had a table of 6, including an infant. We were placed at the most inconvenient table and felt we were in the way. We received raw meat numerous times. Rice was also hard and hurt your teeth while eating. We felt forgotten most of the time. Waitress was missing a lot. The manager helped us but we probably won’t be returning.
