   My husband had never been to a Brazilian steakhouse and so we made reservations for dinner at the University St location. I read the positive reviews and we were looking forward to the meal. The best part of the entire experience was the politeness of the waitstaff. The ambience was nice, but not 5 star due to the floor vent that shot up in our faces cool air. We eventually remedied that discomfort by placing the pillow that accompanied one of our seats over the vent. Our server was polite, but was very soft spoken. We were able to figure out the menu ourselves and opted for the $70+ “experience”, which included over a dozen rotating meat selections that would come to the table, a few sides for the table and the salad bar. We started at the salad bar. The area was dark, but just part of the ambience. Nothing was labeled and since it was more upscale that a simple vegetable salad bar, we were unsure what most things were. We each asked someone to identify things that were not identified. This salad bar by itself would cost about $35, so labels don’t seem to be unreasonable. We made our selections and headed back to our seats. Salad bar foods were pretty good, although we did not take full advantage of the offerings due to the lack of labeling. The meat rotation was disappointing. For starters, we sat for over an hour and the same 5 selections were all that were offered. Servers come around with meat on large skewers and shave off a small sample or a small nugget of meat. Honestly, for the price, we would have been ok with just 5 selections IF the quality of the meat was better. All the meat that was offered during our sitting was over seasoned and not exactly tender. The manager stopped by the table to chat and my husband mentioned the lack of labels at the salad bar, which he left to go fix. Another trip to the salad bar confirmed that only half was labeled. More apologies from management. Don’t waste your money and choose a quality restaurant in Seattle!

   Great location, if you’re not familiar with downtown Seattle it can be tricky finding the parking garage. Service was great, Zach was personable and helpful, the food was excellent.

   Great variety of meats, salads, sides. Beautiful new restaurant in Downtown. Delicious off the menu version of espresso martini made by Johnson.

   My kids and I went for Thanksgiving dinner. We were about 20 minutes late because I thought I booked a different location. They were so polite with my mistake and accommodated around it. The staff was informative and professional. Food was fantastic. Well worth it.

   Fantastic service! All around pleasing for kids and adults alike. Standard churrasco experience is fun, lively, and easy to manage for a large group. Sides were replenished as needed and staff was attentive and responsive. Great location downtown and perfect for families (easy parking options, felt special for the kids, etc). Highly recommend!

   Giselle made our experience flawless and wonderful. This was our first time at the Seattle location and it was awesome. The service was great and we were well tendered to by each of the staff members - even our special requests were considered. Thank you for an amazing first time!

   The service was excellent. The servers always knew when we wanted more, but some cuts were quite salty. The salad bar was underwhelming. Was hoping for more salad toppings.
