We started with letting the reservation know we were coming there for a “special occasion” they made no mention about that to the servers or anyone else? Let’s move on to dinner, the staff started asking if we had been there before, Which we had that past experience set the tone for our disappointment. We started with a staff of 3 people. Which I started with was our disappointment I reminded the waiters that this was a surprise event. “Birthday” to which they said they had no idea. Food came slowly painfully slowly. The disappointment mounted from there, drinks taking way, to long especially for the cost of the “experience “ We will not be returning again. Super Super! Disappointed.

Our waitress Tola was very attentive and caring. We had another waiter who joked with us because one of our party wanted ALL of the chicken options. When ever the was a new cut of chicken, he would come over, wait for our friend to acknowledge him then cut the chicken. We had a very enjoyable time, laughing, eating and enjoying the ambiance.

The restaurant was weirdly cold, like freezing. The servers were very attentive.

For our anniversary it was an amazing experience. The food was awesome, the servers and hostess were all amazing. Our reservation was honored and ultimately our experience was an amazing one.

Excellent service, delicious cuts if meat, wonderful salad/fruit bar, soup station, and cheese board. The ambiance was classy and energetic. Great for a special occasion, date night, and family friendly.

3 people at the table got the bottom sirloin and servers took forever to bring that meat out and it was always rare. We had to ask several times for that specific cut med-well. Otherwise, everyone else got their cuts fast. That was the only hiccup.

A bit too loud to enjoy things. Could not hear the gauchos or what they were serving. The better cuts of meat never were passed at our table. Had to literally flag down the lamb chop. Everything was tasty Just could have been a bit better

We go to Fogo de chaos for special occasions (birthdays, NYE dinner). I would love to just order the salad bar but the meats are too tempting. Very good experience again.

This was a beautiful 20th wedding Anniversary, Would have like a bit more elbow room in between my seat and the next tables , overall ... was a good experience .

The food was great and the staff were extremely attentive. Great atmosphere. I got a great deal on a wine trilogy that came with a gift card that was applied to my bill. The location was nice with ample parking. I will definitely go back to this location.
