   Made reservations still waited 20 min to be seated. People walking in the door got seated before us. First server took our drink order. Waited 20 min asked where our drinks where. Waited 10 more min for our drinks. Servers were skipping small tables and serving meat to large groups first. Waited 5 to 10 min between servers for another sliver of meat.

   Food was ok and there was a lot of it. But service was spotty. Several different waitpersons would come by and ask if all was ok - yet when asked for drinks (refills), extra silverware, certain foods (French fries for kids) - it was a LONG WAIT…even though several requests for the same items were made! I do enjoy the variety of meats - but the service was not very quick - although it was attentive - if that makes sense. Once a year visits are good enough for me. It is an experience!

   Terrible. We had the wine tasting experience and the 3 glasses of wine were the best thing about the whole night. We had the same cheap appetizers served for first 1.5 half and the servers came with meat 2-3 times in the period of 1 hour. The meat wasn’t tasty at all. It was either too rare or too dry. Do not recommend and would never go back. This place will not make it. The servers were nice but very inexperienced. Overall waste of time and money.

   Wine & Wagyu event. not enough meat served and was over cooked. got 2 slices of wagyu and 2 slices of the ribeye and when i asked for more later the stated that it was 2 ounces per person. i asked for rare wagyu rare and they brought out ribeye and said it was wagyu. it was definately not wagyu and it was well done. after i paid check there were people being served several more servings of wagyu and it was rare. VERY DISAPPIONTED

   The ambience was nice, and all the waiters/waitresses were very friendly and eager to help. There were relatively frequent check-ins to make sure everything was going well. The salad bar was VERY good and had a wide variety of selections of very tasty salads, grilled/marinated/seasoned veggies, cured meats and cheeses, a soup, fruit, etc. Ironically, the meats were just soso. The flavor was often lacking, and the meats were most often overcooked and tough. One of the frustrating things was trying to get lamb. It took maybe 15 asks and about an hour to actually get them sent to our table. I didn't understand what the problem was. And even when it finally did come, it was overcooked and very basic with its seasoning. I really want to like this place, but the meats were just so disappointing for the price. I would recommend the salad bar, though.

   Went for my fiancé’s birthday. It was delicious. Not a fan of the seating but it was a nice dinner.

   We started with letting the reservation know we were coming there for a “special occasion” they made no mention about that to the servers or anyone else? Let’s move on to dinner, the staff started asking if we had been there before, Which we had that past experience set the tone for our disappointment. We started with a staff of 3 people. Which I started with was our disappointment I reminded the waiters that this was a surprise event. “Birthday” to which they said they had no idea. Food came slowly painfully slowly. The disappointment mounted from there, drinks taking way, to long especially for the cost of the “experience “ We will not be returning again. Super Super! Disappointed.

   Our waitress Tola was very attentive and caring. We had another waiter who joked with us because one of our party wanted ALL of the chicken options. When ever the was a new cut of chicken, he would come over, wait for our friend to acknowledge him then cut the chicken. We had a very enjoyable time, laughing, eating and enjoying the ambiance.
