   I made reservations for 9pm on Valentine’s Day. When I arrived at my reservation the hostess informed me that it would be a 45minute to 1 hour wait. Unbelievable, so I walked in the restaurant to check it out for myself and saw to seats open at the bar fortunately. Me and my partner got some drinks and appetizers while we waited for our table. Just before 10pm I got the notification on my phone for my table. I was disappointed in the service. Unfortunately, the restaurant completely overbooked themselves for the holiday and put immense stress on their hosts/waiters. Food was good but did not makeup for the wait time.

   Horrible experience was skipped 70% of the time for the all you can eat meat. Waiter came to check on us 0 times. Ate 4 pieces of meat then charged full price. Do not come to this location. Other locations are better.

   Salads were too simple no taste and the meats we got were salty, but the crème brûlée and the crème brûlée cheesecake were delicious 10 on dessert for me.

   We have been to Fogo locations all around the country for years and have a level of service and food quality that we expect. Starting with the salad bar where there were empty plates, empty bowls (no Caesar salad for example) and no bacon slices - to the ridiculously long wait time to get served meats. Of the entire list of meats offered we received only six - Top/bottom sirloin, filet Mignon, ribeye, Parmesan pork, picana. And only the picana was hot but greatly underseasoned. It’s was 6:30 on a Saturday night - kind of early to be disappointed overall.

   It was overall a very nice experience! Very crowded as expected for a Saturday night. We had a reservation but still had to wait about 10 minutes for our table. The food and drink were delicious, however we had to ask multiple times to be brought a margarita and a glass of wine. Otherwise, the service was great and everyone was very nice and helpful.

    This might be the first and last time I have dinner at this restaurant. The food was disappointingly mediocre at best. The meat was overly chewy, tough, and painfully dry, especially considering the high price. The only items we all genuinely enjoyed were the warm, caramelized plantains and the soft, cheesy bread—both were absolutely delicious. Honestly, I could have just had those with the flavorful rice and creamy beans and been perfectly satisfied. On a brighter note, the service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and prompt. We also appreciated the complimentary cheesecake they gave my wife for her Birthday Day—it was rich, creamy, and a sweet ending to an otherwise underwhelming meal.
