   This was our first time and it was an absolutely awesome experience. The service was beyond excellent. The food was great just wished they had more selection options when meats were coming out. The pineapple was worth the wait. The passion fruit mousse was incredible a must have when you go. My wife and I will definitely be coming back.

   Service was pretty bad. We sat down and they didn’t take our drink order or pour water for 30 mins. I had to get up and walk over to a staff member to take our order. When finished we asked a couple staff to send over waitstaff so we could pay. No one came, so we got up and just paid up front. Tab came out to $100 / person, which is fine if you’re getting nice service but this wasn’t it. I still tipped 20% but the waitstaff didn’t do anything. Feel like I wasted my money

   The dining experience on Valentine’s Day was very nice. The table setup was perfect, food tasted great, and the service was top notch. Great value for the price.

   It’s a little be pricey but definitely worth it the food it’s delicious and the dessert tray it’s a great idea because you can see the menu but when you see the dessert with you eyes they look better and you definitely will be get something and the drinks we love the copacavana.

   It was a very small restaurant, what’s the food and atmosphere was great. We have great customer service from the hostess and all of the people bringing out the different needs and desserts. We will definitely go again

   The quality of the meats and hot food/salad bar keep us coming back for the full rodizio experience. Service is attentive and friendly while maintaining a clean dining room!

   The food was ok we like are food more medium to medium rare and all the cuts were much more well done. The staff and serve was great no complaints there.

   I had a great first time experience, the only thing I wish I would have known prior was last call for the grill. I had made the reservation for 8:45 but last call was 9:30, definitely would have made the reservation earlier so that we could fully enjoy the service. There was a bit of issue getting medium rare items and I appreciate our waiter Leo for letting us know that we could ask for specific items that my partner wasn’t able to try. Other than that, it was a wonderful service.

    Arrived on New Year's Eve and was immediately informed of the 1 1/2 hour time limit. The time limit was not an issue until we had a problem getting lamb chops. It took them over 20 minutes to get us lamb chops. There was a table of 8 that was there before us that took most of the meats they offered, and of course, the servers went to that table first and thus the lamb chops and picanya was gone immediately. At the hour mark, we were given notice that our time was going to be up soon, so we ordered desserts and coffee. At the 1 1/2 mark, we left. There was no one waiting. In fact, there was still empty tables, but the real issue is that the table of 8 was still there. Yes, they arrived before us, so they should have been gone by then. We felt rushed even though we still had 30 minutes when they gave us notice. The food we ate was good. This was our third time there. As a suggestion, dress warm as it is cold in the restaurant.
