   Mi reservación era para el Bar y al final me di cuenta que me mandaron a terraza en donde estaba congelando. La comida llegaba tibia entonces con lo frío de la terraza ya te la comías helada y el sabor y emplatado muy regular. El servicio ya venía incluido dentro del costo y el mesero me lo intentó cobrar junto con las bebidas adicionales que pedí. Si yo no me doy cuenta me lo hubiera cobrado. Es mi 3a vez en Fónico pero definitivamente ya no sé si regresaré.

   Buena comida, pero con la uvas no lo han hecho bien. Se han colado un poco con la cuenta atrás y lo ha hecho súper rápido y no a tiempo. Además dije de propina un 5%, y acabo de llegar a casa y he echado cuentas y fue más de un 15%.

   Went for new years celebration. Very disorganized. Got seated 20mins after our reservation. They placed us in an area that was cold. Had to keep my jacket on the whole time. The two entrees were okay. Soup had a roll of Jamon Iberico that I fought to cut with my spoon because they took my fork and knife away. From the main course, turkey was salty, fish was unsalted. Dessert had fried Jamaica flowers, a weird choice. I paid for the open bar, but it was pretty much a scam. They only had one syrup, Jamaica guava, a short list of spirits and no liqueurs and no basic juice to mix with. So the choices for the night were shots and Jamaica guava margaritas. For $200 one expects much better quality in food and slight more variety on alcohol. They couldn’t even make a mango margarita. The highlight of the night was the waitress Yessenia. She went above and beyond to make the night better for us

   Food was decent but service was sub par on NYE. Quite disappointing overall. Better to spend the night at other amazing restaurants in CDMX.

   Unsure why this was advertised as a NYE experience when it was just a 4 course meal. Our server wouldn't allow us to choose the fish option for the main dish unless we had an allergy. But 2 people in my group did not like turkey, which I note is a cheap-out option for an expensive restaurant. We flagged down another server who kindly allowed us to get fish. In the end, all of us ate our meal rather happily, we were just not impressed with the protein choice (or lack of).

   Restaurante muy bonito pero la comida nos decepcionó. Puede que sea por gusto personal pero tanto a mi como a mi esposa nos parecieron platos forzados y presuntuosos que creaban unos sabores agradables. Yo no iría a cenar iría a tomar un buen cocktail y disfrutar del ambiente y la decoración. El servicio es excelente por otra parte.

   It was a very great experience. The cocktails are great and food too. Aquachile was great and we also really enjoyed churros
