                                      Our dining experience was a disaster from start to finish we we told there would be a vegetarian choice none we asked if food for children would be available told no but we could from the bar menu we had already payed for accommodations with breakfast and dinner included so we were charged again for one of our guests who was 13 she got a small bowl of pasta mixed wit tomato sauce and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese all orders came ad different times waited 2 hours for my main it never came when again I asked the waitress she said they had no staff I could go on all evening we had a couple with us staying in the hotel to check the venue for 2025 December for approx 250 guests now our party was only 9 a wedding dinner we booked it there because it looked nice and some of the reviews were good but for our experience it was simular to fault towers as a chef my self I’m astounded the quality of food could be presented to anyone let alone a 4 star restaurant I have no problem with any representative from the hotel contacting me chris fitzgerald

                                      Fantastic meal and service at Forchetta restaurant for my husband's birthday celebration. Thanks especially to Jeffrey and Juan for the excellent service. Highly recommend.

                                      Very good quality food and staff were excellent. I think Jeannine was our main server. She was fairly new and was particularly friendly and attentive

                                      Great atmosphere, the staff were so amazing specially Jennin, Lucy and Juan. They made our anniversary a perfect one with complementary drinks and felt us special. Starter and dessert were awesome for us. Overall we enjoyed a lot. Thank you!!
