Fork, reconnu pour sa cuisine américaine contemporaine depuis plus de 15 ans, vous présente une carte innovatrice mais abordable créée par le chef Eli Kulp, récipient du prix 2014 Food & Wine Best New Chef. La carte prend son inspiration des meilleurs fruits et légumes, fruits de mer et viande ainsi que de l'histoire profonde de la région. Slightly overpriced for the food which was good but not fantastic. Steak was the only thing on the menu that I would pick and it was ok but I wouldn’t order it again. Appetizer and dessert were amazing and service was excellent.

This was a birthday dinner, and we couldn't be more satisfied. The food was absolutely wonderful—light, fresh, and perfectly portioned. Our waitress, who is also a sommelier, was incredibly friendly and attentive, expertly pairing wine with each course to enhance the flavors beautifully. The entire experience was perfect for a romantic birthday celebration. Last year, we dined at Vernick Fish, but this felt even more special—intimate and unhurried. Everything about the evening was delightful, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend for a memorable dining experience!

Food was exceptional. The Fork has great ambience and is perfect for a date night or dinner with family. I would definitely return.

Fork has a well-earned, outstanding reputation. Unfortunately, this meal was a big miss. The ambiance remains as it has been for years. The service was outstanding. Our waittress was friendly, attentive, and eager to answer questions and share insights. The cocktails were creative. We ordered oysters and the tuna crudo to start. The oysters from NJ were tasty but small. The tuna was excellent, but the portion was so small it was disappointing. The mushroom gnocchi was outstanding. It was the highlight of the meal. For main courses we have the Burger, which was good, but not outstanding and the swordfish which was a huge miss. Overcooked to the point of being barely edible. I probably should have returned it, but I don't like to take that approach. When combined with the small tuna portion, the average burger and the price of the meal, this made for a disappointing experience. Hopefully, this was a one-off for a very good restaurant.

This place was pretty good! The service was excellent, as were the cocktails and chocolate tart for dessert. The apps and pork chop entree were good too. I wouldn't say we were blown away by any of the apps / entree. And it was a bit pricey given that fact. But we enjoyed the experience overall.

Christmas Eve Seven Fishes dinner was truly spectacular! The newly remodeled restaurant is beautiful, and the ambience was warm and buzzing. Can’t forget the food — which was wonderful. Owner Ellen Yin was there circulating and helping out the staff, which really made the whole night special. Thank you Fork for helping make this year’s Christmas festivities memorable!
