   We had the Forno 301 pizza. The pizza came out warm and quickly. I didn’t particularly care for the sausage because it was to “fatty” tasting for me. I like more red sauce on my pizza than the 301 can with.

   Our initial Experience at this excellent Pizza establishment in Scottsdale Really loved the variety of unique options to select place the crust. Appetizers also topped off our meal with the Caprese Burrato and Delicious meatballs This will not be our last visit for sure A new Fan!

   This was our first time at this location. The food was great and the service was as well! The staff was attentive but not overly so. We’re both big fans of the pizza! Delicious!!

   Food was disappointing. Order of “ravioli in butter”, did not say it came stuffed with spinach, which we would not have ordered. Pizza had rounds of very spicy salami, instead of pepperoni, which meant only one person could eat it. Waiter explained that they are “true Italian”, so that’s how it is.

   Always a great experience here and at the other location in PHX. Entrees and pizzas well prepared. A very nice and helpful staff.

   Service was good; very generous portions. The sauce was okay, a little sweet for my liking. Otherwise the pasta was perfectly cooked. Antipasto was excellent. Cappuccino was lukewarm & weak.

   Every bite we had was incredible. The pasta is all made in house, the ravioli and gnocchi were personal favorites. We also ordered meatballs, salad, and a pizza to share. Incredible. Service was delightful.

    As an Italian we’re usually hesitant to eat at Italian restaurants due to having high standards. We got the antipasti & eggplant parm to start, the antipasti was good but the meat on the plate was preferable, the fig jam was delicious. the eggplant parm was served in a cute dish but it felt quite “Americanized” no serious judgement just one of those things we feel we can make at home better. Moving on, we got pizzas, my friends enjoyed theirs. Usually being in Europe I get a pizza with prosciutto crudo and arugula, I like to add mushrooms… it was as if we were in Europe, tasted just like I was there! We then ordered tiramisu, and that was a show stopper. I have not had tiramisu THAT spot on since I was in Italy, unless my mother makes it, they absolutely nailed the tiramisu. Between the pizza and the tiramisu the apps did not compare. Truly, I recommend getting their pizza and trying something out of your comfort zone, they have quality ingredients and you can tell they put effort into delivering an experience. We look forward to coming back and trying something different & once again enjoying their tiramisu. Absolutely would recommend.
