   The view is stunning overlooking Lake George. Santa & Mrs. Clause engaged wonderfully with all the children. The food was very good with lots of options. My husband and I commented that it wasn't packed to the capacity making it nice to roam to the different activities, cookie decorating, hot cocoa bar & coloring lots of space. There was even a backdrop perfect for family pictures. My six year old was very pleased saying 'That's the real Santa'.

   Absolutely a fantastic experience all around! Happy and friendly staff! The Santa was exceptional!! Thank you for creating such a special memory for my children and I!!

   Great food, great service...absolutely a fabulous visit Santa experience including decorating a cookie. Afterwards, we took a ride on a horse-drawn carriage in the parking lot! Wonderful family event!

   I was bit disappointed in the Thanksgiving buffet. Even though there was a good selection and variety of food, most items were rather lacking in flavor, and the meats were rather tough. I would have expected much better quality based on the enormous cost for this event and location. On one positive note: All of the staff we interacted with went above and beyond when it came to helpfulness and friendliness. 5+ stars for the staff.

   Amazing Thanksgiving Dining experience. The quality, quantity and variety of food choices was beyond expectation. The service was impeccable, and the decor and ambiance of the Carriage house is just so beautiful. Wonderful fine dining experience.

   Dinner was phenomenal. Ambience was very nice. I would have enjoyed if they had a fire going in the beautiful fireplace they had. Overall it was a very wonderful thanksgiving. The prime rib was a definite delicious change of pace from typical thanksgiving fare.

   We were there on Thanksgiving day for the Thanksgiving buffet. It was fantastic. Food was hot, plentiful, more than you would’ve expected. The dessert table was outstanding. Our server was just perfect, couldn’t have asked for more. The restaurant provided us a special vegetarian stuffing for our table, which was greatly appreciated. The ambience was just beautiful. We did not feel like we were in a big banquet hall or one of many. We had our own very beautiful little table and felt at home and relaxed and had a wonderful time.

   The fire pits by the water was amazing! They kept the fire going the whole time and with being the last time slot, they said we were welcomed to stay as long as we wanted. The menu was great and the s’mores package was the perfect addition! Will definitely book again.

    This was my husband and my second time booking a fire pit. We got one in July when we were celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary and it was great. Service was quick with our food and drinks. The man tending to our fire was fantastic. He was extremely friendly and enthusiastic. He made sure to take a bunch of photos for us and made the experience the best he could. He really seemed like he loved what he was doing. Since we loved July we booked another for September for my husband's birthday. This time it was disappointing. No one tended to our fire, they just left a pile of wood there for us to do ourselves. Pretty sure that's a liability... The guys handling the wood didn't even bother to come by at all or even look our way until 20min before our time was up. The service was also extremely slow. It took forever for him to come back so we could order more. I know he was serving other tables but there were only 3 or 4 total including us, we shouldn't have been waiting so long, especially considering July was packed and the service was better. We were also the only fire pit. This time we left thinking it was not worth the $15 a person and probably won't book this experience again.
