I was so excited to visit this highly acclaimed of restaurant. The only reservation I could get was 9:45 PM, even though I would have to be driving home 2 1/2 hours afterwards. I was that excited to go there! Upon walking up to the hostess stand to check in, there were three women eating chocolate. Despite making eye contact with me, they continued reaching into a bag of chocolates and eating until they were finished and acknowledged me. Meanwhile, a man in a suit who obviously work there stood to the right of me, smoking out of a vape pen while dressed in a suit and tie. It was just an odd way to make a first impression. After 15 minutes past our reservation, we were finally seated. The table was a disappointment as it was one that was being walked by every five seconds by bustling staff and other patrons. My head was bumped into multiple times, my purse was bumped off the back of my chair several times, it just felt truly invasive, and unlike, we were able to have a romantic experience. The food came out quite quickly, but the flavor was definitely lacking. The best dish that we got at our table was the Bolognese, which I did enjoy. Finally, we ordered the infamous gelato. It really just lacked pistachio flavor and I'm always looking for that underlying notes of almonds and anything pistachio. I felt like I was putting gelato in my mouth, but I only felt the sensation and texture. At $100 a person this was definitely not the experience we had hoped it would be.

Some of best Italian in miami. Food is pricey but portions are big. Some of American music wasn’t great but vibe always nice there

AMAZING! Marco our waiter was awesome and their truffle Cacio E Pepe was to die for! The atmosphere was great, and we were sat next to a lovely couple who we got to chat about the menu with. Definitely will be back (hopefully soon!!).

Our food was as always excellent. Elegant service. I had the beef, we shared the pasta dishes, and my wife shared the dover sole. Dessert was the ice cream tower. The prices are high, but worth every penny.
