We went for birthday dinner on a Sunday night. Surprisingly busy and quite loud. We decided to do an appetizer and then 2 share plates. The avocado guacamole was delish as was the poblano pepper. The sirloin medallions with potato sticks was gristle and tough. When we told our server, she took the plate to show the kitchen. She offered to withdraw it from the bill, order another or another plate. We ordered the shrimp, which were ordinary. So the food was ok-ish but a shout out to our server, who was polite and efficient and wanting to make things right. I write this after reading recent reviews of poor service. Expensive for the experience.

Food is great. Definitely coming back for the food. Expensive but worth the price. However, the service needs improvement. During our visit, the staff were not friendly or welcoming, which impacted our experience. I hope the restaurant invests in better training to ensure a more hospitable atmosphere.

Excellent food and even better staff. If you are looking for unique cuisine that is not too far out there this is your place. The Spanish style allows everyone to sample all the great food. Also, staff knows their stuff and can’t recommend the perfect pairings.

First time on reference from others. Showed up 8 mins prior to rezzo at 5:00. Went in but escorted outside into cold because "we don't open until 5:00." Seriously?! I can't sit inside quietly for 8 mins? Half the cocktails were unavailable. Pinot Noir bottle was unavailable. Chile Rellano was unavailable. Gobernador was deliscious. Empanada was good. Service was ok. However, ordered Parihuela and the star of the dish, halibut, was so overcooked it was the consistency of mashed potatoes and disgusting. When shown, chef said that is how the sous vide it. Really? Isn't a nicely cooked halibut supposed to be flakey? We were quite disappointed at the chef's reaction and the waitress' unwillingness to take anything off the bill or provide a dessert or aperitif in exchange. We will not be back at $100/person for a less than nice meal and service.

It was an INCREDIBLE dating night/Anniversary dinner! All the food was delicious & the service was soo good I left a 22% tip!! The tres leche dessert was the BEST we have ever had & my Wife is Mexican!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND FORTUNA ROW!!

Brunch was amazing here and I really want to come back for dinner. Servers are very thoughtful. The aesthetic is unreal — best in Calgary.
