Forty Dean Street is the pinnacle of affordable Italian cuisine in busy Soho. We are a small, family run restaurant dedicated to providing incredible food at incredible prices. Our set menu boasts a variety of sensational dishes built around fresh, seasonal produce and has customers coming back on a daily basis. Our à la carte menu is a favourite with our regulars, the media crowd and tourists alike. Italian food has been served at Forty Dean Street for more than 17 years, so we like to think there’s nothing we haven’t mastered. So pop in for an Aperol Spritz!

Dora was extremely good, we were impressed with the service and the food was excellent. She even told us about a sister restaurant at 64 which we will try .

Authentic Italian food, cooked to perfection. You would believe you were in an Osteria in a local Italian village. Pasta and Milanese outstanding. Well worth a visit.

The food was delicious. The service was very attentive and speedy but didn’t feel rushed. We were too full for dessert but they looked amazing.

The food was great but the experience was really disappointing. It was not clear in advance but the table is only reserved for 1 hour 15 minutes. We were constantly badgered to finish our food. Our main courses were brought before we had even finished our starters and when we said we were still eating our first course the food was just left on the side to go cold until we were ready. We were thrown the dessert menus and told we had less than 10 minutes left to order and eat but were being pushed to order more. Overall it was not the relaxing, convivial meal I had been expecting. I won’t return.
