We had Christmas Dinner there. Likely struggled with staffing but it did feel quite difficult to get the attention of staff working that evening. The food itself was gorgeous - the beef wellington in particular was standout! We will definitely be back.

We had to ask twice for water. Empty glasses were left on the table until the end. We were brought another tables lunch which had one correct choice and one wrong choice. The wrong choice was removed but 5 mins later the correct one was also removed. Luckily my partner had not started it. My partners lunch had enough gravy, but mine very little, which was dry. My partner had one parsnip and I none. We were left wondering if they prioritise people staying at the hotel. All in all a disappointing Christmas Day lunch.

The food and ambience was very nice but: - The service was not the best… @Found: please ensure your waiters are familiar with the menu. - The menu was not the same as online, so that could be updated… especially as the prices have increased somewhat. Side note on prices: that a small glass of Pinot Grigio is quite a bit more expensive than a large glass of Pinot Noir is also quite surprising. - For a half empty place, everything took quite long to arrive. To sum it up: the food and wine was very delicious, so if we’re not in rush, we probably would try it again.

It was such a lovely day and beautiful afternoon tea experience. The Staffs are very kind and gave us all excellent service and treat us Very special! Definitely will come back for afternoon tea or dining again thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our three-course lunch. The soup of the day (tomato) tasted lovely and for mains we had the rib-eye steak which was perfectly cooked to our requested choice. The crepe suzette dessert was magnificent! Fabulous surroundings, great value for money!

Lovely atmosphere, nice and quiet to have dinner with family and friends. Amazing service and good tasty food. Would definitely recommend and come back.

The venue was lovely. However, there was a service charge added to drinks ordered while standing at the bar, which made no sense
