This place was cute. We did the weekend brunch buffet and followed with the spirits tour and tasting. Brunch was just ok, nothing spectacular. The tour was fun and informative, I would recommend it. Our guide was friendly and very knowledgeable!

This was a great tour experience. Its held in a small intimate setting and the staff guide provides a fun and extremely educational opportunity to see how distilled spirits make it from farm to bar.

The tour is amazing. It's free if you do brunch before or after and they give you a free drink coupon if you end up buying something from the tour. We not only sampled whiskey and vodka, but they even made us a cocktail. The tasting room is super intimate and a neat space where you have to walk through part of the kitchen (downstairs) to get there...very fun experience by two guides.

It was a very interesting event to take part in. And the fact that is was free, made it even more appealing. But it did mention in the advertising that there would be some food with the tasting, and there wasn't. I realize it wasn't going to be a meal, but food with alcohol is a good combination. It was informative and different. The staff was very personable.

We ended up with a private tour of 2, which was great. It was a small room with not much to see in action, BUT we learned a ton about the process and stories of enthusiasm, innovation, and spontaneous opportunity. Autumn was awesome!

We did the distillery tour before our lunch. The tour leaders did a fine job--explained all about the company, it's mission and set up and then about the distilling process itself. We were surprised at how little space was needed to distill some quite fine alcoholic liquids. The tasting room was a big and very pleasant surprise and the tastings were excellent. We both liked the vodka quite a bit. So glad that we were able to do this amazingly free tour. Lunch afterwards was quite tasty and serving sizes were more than adequate. Great place to bring a big appetite and an appreciation for a lively, somewhat noisy eating and drinking establishment. Looking forward to returning next January--snow and all!
