The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff is wonderful and the drinks matched the energy of the decor/them.

We went to the speakeasy bar-hidden flask. The ambience was great but the drinks were extremely mediocre for $20-22 each. It’s definitely a one time experience.

Nothing about the tea service felt like a special holiday tea service except for the chocolate disc on one of the treats that said Merry Christmas. Overall the experience was fine but not worth the expense and not what I would expect from Four Seasons. Sadly, all the “holiday” experiences I’ve done this year with the Four Seasons have been disappointing - just not what I’ve come to expect over the years.

I hate to leave bad reviews but this place needs serious feedback. We had a reservation for 8:30. We show up at 8:27 and the concierge has to check you in and someone from the speak easy comes down to get you. It took her almost 30 minutes to come down and get us. 30 minutes of just standing there! Finally someone come gets us and does not apologize. Then they try to seat us outside in the rain, but then finds us a table inside. One person in our group doesn't drink and she asks our server if they make any mocktails and they simple just say "no, we don't do that here." He does not offer her any soda or anything. Just tells her no. On top of that, the decor was cheap and cheesy. It's literally just a hotel room they put some tables and chairs in. Nothing special, not worth the wait and terrible service.

Alyssa, we’re sorry to hear about this experience. We regret to see there was miscommunication about reservation timing that impacted your arrival experience. While we do begin the evening with a brief tour of the entire space (including the outdoor patio and views) we apologize if this was off-putting. We certainly are happy to create exciting offerings for a wide variety of guest preferences and are deeply saddened if this was not the impression. Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback as we strive to create a memorable experience for all. We sincerely apologize if we missed the mark during your visit. If you could please contact me directly, we’d love the chance to make it right. – Corah Fuentes, Hidden Flask Manager, 512-478-4500

Very disappointed ! The price of the tea was not in par with the quantity of the food which was very little. No scones !! A tea without a variety of scones ?! None at all !!! No delicate thin variety of tea finger sandwiches. None!! The hors d’oevres were good but very little. Could be more. Quantity, stingy! Not much of an option for me with a seafood allergy, and can only eat chicken & eggs & dairy. No other meats. Cakes were good but again very few. No pastries with crème Anglaise. Could be more. All portions were tiny. Fruit on the top tier? No! Scones accompanied by a choice of jams need to be on the bottom tier, then delicate finger sandwiches on the next tier with cakes and pastries on the top tier. Not fruit !! The English Breakfast tea we ordered was cheap and awful. The service was good. A stingy array for the price. A lot of missing items. Very disappointing. Was looking forward to the tea being at Four Seasons. But was very, very disappointed! A definite thumbs down. Four Seasons Austin needs to have a chef catering only for traditional English teas. And English food offered at brunch.

This was my forth time doing the A-Tea-x And the last 3 times were amazing. This time I was really disappointed, I took my friend for her bday for the experience and was served on plates ( the tower really what makes it special) and the Macaroons were hard like I’m eating a cracker. Waitress barely checked on us, the only nice thing is she brought a cupcake for the birthday girl.
