    Omg this his was my 2nd time going there and I was intentional about my 2nd time since I knew I would be home in Philly. Let me just say that EVERYTHING WE HAD WAS AMAZING! The salmon shrimp and grits, the fried French toast, the pancakes, the stream and eggs! The drinks were great also! The only think that I hated was the hookah not being available since the city made them get a permit but they are working on that. I can’t wait to go back!

    Person on the phone was rude refused to move our reservation back 10 minutes due to traffic but we arrived and were sat immediately. Food came out cold after waiting 2 hours for food. Apps came to the table with no plates or silverware and we had to share to be able to eat hot food.

    Would not come back here. The pat down before you even enter was a true red flag & only the men in our party were frisked. I immediately didn’t feel safe! Also, we were seated right by the front door and when asked if we could be moved away from the cold we were told they were fully booked & our party was too large (5 in our party) but the table I asked for was never seated with people the whole time we were there. Bathrooms were GROSS! Apps were okay, drinks were okay. Our waitress was sweet! Will not be returning. This is a neighborhood club disguised as a restaurant. Don’t be fooled by social media like I was.

    I went to Frame for my birthday and I really enjoyed everything about the restaurant from the food being good, amazing customer service, music choice was good, and it wasn’t too loud. My guest really enjoyed Frame as well and we will all be returning for dinner/ the night life. I definitely will give Frame a 10/10!

    Overall the vibe was nice and our waiter was great. I ordered the mussels as an appetizer and out of the entire bowl only had 6 which was very disappointing considering they were $20. Because more than half of my shells were empty I assumed that they be floating in the rue at the bottom of the bowl and sadly after fishing for them with my fork, they weren’t. I had more bread to eat than mussels. Lastly, my husband and I went through an extensive security search before entering the establishment which was good but odd, The guard literally went through every section of my hand bag and my husband got the kind TSA does AFTER going through the scanner.
