We had the best experience here for our anniversary date night. From the hostess greeting us upon arrival ,the ambiance was amazing. The vibes/background music was top notch. Our server Taylor was the best. She was charismatic and explained everything very well and was very engaging. This was one of the best customer services I've received in a long time. The food was delicious as so was the dessert. I would definitely recommend this place for your next date night if you're in the mood for Southern France inspired cuisine. They also have a bar area where you can also just sit and hang out while having a drink.

This is my second time dining here and I was hoping it’d be a better experience. Like, maybe our first time was kind of a fluke. Tried giving the benefit of the doubt but as soon as we sat down and didn’t get immediately greeted, I knew it was going to be a below average experience. Our waiter did not acknowledge us and greet us until 15 minutes of getting seated. It took forever for us to get drink and appetizer orders in and same with ordering our entrees. Our server maybe checked on us four times total and that’s including taking our orders. The food runners and bussers attended to us more than our server did and that’s disappointing. Our server was named Adam. Food was good, drinks were good, but service was poor. We can get better service dining at Postinos or True Food Kitchen and that speaks volume.

Not great and poor value. The filet mignon had a preparation that just did not taste good. The steak frites had a very poor sauce. Ratatouille was ok but not great. Overall it was not satisfactory especially for the price.

We are frequent visitors at this fine establishment. If you are looking for excellent service and culinary delights prepared to perfection, I highly recommend you try Francine. In addition to the wonderful food and wine list offering a number of French selections by the glass, the atmosphere is fabulous, this restaurant has a great vibe.

I was pleased to be given the seating I had requested when making my reservation. Food was really good today, the two of us shared three entrees and one dessert! Love the location, easy parking and nice staff. The music was really loud so we did ask them to lower it a bit so we didn't have to yell at each other. I'll be back.

Service was a little rushed and haphazard, food came out before apps were completed, and we were rushed out of there fairly quickly. Despite us noting it as a special occasion, no acknowledgement was made by the server. However, he was perfectly nice, and the food was very good.

We had an outstanding dinner at Francine. Started with the flatbread appetizer which was absolutely delicious with very interesting flavors. We split the salt crusted branzino which was flambéed table side and expertly finished by our server, Teresa. The fish was moist and delicious. Service level was excellent. Highly recommended.
