   Wines are getting very pricey. We ordered cocktails this time and weren’t disappointed. Very good bartender. Food was excellent. I had the chicken Milanese and my husband had the fish with clams. For a starter we split the salad wedge. Our waiter was excellent. Atmosphere is lovely without being stuffy. Very enjoyable neighborhood restaurant. One of our favorites.

   I flew in to surprise my husband for Valentines Day rather last minute and we were able to get a reservation at Franco. It was such a great experience that on the last night of our stay, we returned. Everything was phenomenal. I watched as a young man named Brody single handedly maintained the tables, turning them, keeping on top of everyone’s beverages and had a work ethic you rarely see anymore. I was so impressed I had to speak to him. He was a true delight. Our waitress Paulo was equally impressive. Great wine. Food that was definitely underpriced for such great flavor and portion sizes. This will be our go to every time I am in the area! We travel extensively and visit many restaurants but Franco quickly moved to the top of our list!

   Our favorite restaurant for special occasions. Great dog friendly patio. This place never disappoints. Mateo, our waiter was excellent

   We started with calamari, which was delicious. (The sauce was a bit spicy and you can order a milder sauce if you prefer.) Next was soup. (Only bowls of soup as an option, no cups) pasta fagioli was not thick enough for me and the special was $20. The soup was more than I needed and by the time I finished it, i was too filled for the entree. Last was the tiramisu, which was mouth watering! All these servings were large, so I liked that. The room was not large, mostly filled and rather noisy. Our server was excellent! I will definitely go back, but skip the soup so I’m not so filled up.

   As usual the food and service were excellent. The Branzino was nicely filleted with complements of peas and roasted potatoes. The Papardelle was well cooked and the sauce was excellent. The service was very attentive.

   We were a party of 8 and we were there for 3 hours because it was such a fantastic evening. The food was FANTASTIC and the servers were as good. Personally, their Bronzino with a side a broccolini is my favorite. I do recommend reservations, especially if you want to sit outside, because they do get busy.

    Mediocre at best. Staff was slammed. Very basic, scripted service. Entrees were of at best. My daughter did not touch hers. No one bothered to ask “why?”
