   Our Server, Destiny was fantastic. Kind, polite and attentive. Food was good. On the other hand, the hostess/reservationist was rude. We made reservations, arrived 5 min early. Only 4 -6 people were seated. She asked inside or outside, we said inside, again, lots of open seats inside. She looks around and asks if want to dine outside if not then we could only have the table inside for 1 hour. Again, we say we want inside seating. She says Ok but I need the table in one hour. We sit but are very irritated. A woman gets seated next to us alone waiting for someone that doesn’t arrive until 20 min later. I ask her if she was told she only had 1 hour at her table, she says NO. After that I had no intention of obliging the hostess to leave in one hour! We normally have a drink and dinner that takes 1 1/2 hours. No big deal, pretty standard. That’s how long it took us to finish, drinks, appetizers and dinner tonight. Needless to say that young lady walked by our table at least 3 times to see if we were done at the 1 hour mark! Very annoying. We’ve dined here several times alone and with family members celebrating milestones but this is first time a Hostess has acted like that. Thank goodness our sweet Server Destiny saved our evening.

   As usual, the food and experience at Francoli's is outstanding. The pricing has remained constant and the large selection of Italian and USA wines is impressive. The restaurant understands hospitality and does all it can to make your stay memorable.

   This restaurant always delivers great tasty food! The wait staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have an amazing wine list and are so helpful picking out appropriate wine for your meal. We always love our experience here .

   enjoyed a very good dinner with the family at this genuine Italian restaurant we shared Italianstyle on lots of different dishes and everything was really good. highly recommended

   Great authentic Italian food options to choose from. Service was amazing. I requested a desert with a lit candle for my partners birthday and they gave us the desert on the house. 10/10 will come again.

   Arrived on time for our reservation. Made to wait 15 minutes (told to go for a walk) looking at a half full room. After which, we were told we waited inside for another ten, then told we could only be seated outside. Asked about empty tables inside. One excuse after another. Reminded the hostess that we made reservations. Sorry, it’s outside or nothing. Cold, noisy as hell with three people at a table for two. Ten minutes later, water. Another 10 we get to order drinks. Another 10, I summon a random waiter and ask if we can order. He’s not our waiter. Food comes. Still cold. Still noisy. Might as well be on the sidewalk. We’ve eaten here many times, dating back to the Fashion Island days. Never again. Horrible service. Reservation meant nothing. Food was beyond salty. Service spotty and intermittent. This restaurant has gone Totally downhill after probably 25 meals there over 15 years. Done with Francoli. There are too many other good restaurants which understand “reservation” and have attentive service.
