   Loved the live music and atmosphere! We got the Chicken Marsala & Chicken Parm, both delicious. My husband is from NY and said for Italian, it was 9.5/10

   We had the best first time experience here! From right when we walked in, we felt so welcomed. 5 star Claire, our waitress, was the sweetest! She was always checking on us and and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We can’t wait to come back and will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. A true 5-star experience all around!

   We had a girls night out with dinner and a show. All five of us agreed that it is one of the best places in Lexington to eat. We loved the atmosphere and music. The food was delicious and the service was excellent! We’ll be going back soon.

   Frankly, Pitiful... Tonight, Frank and Dino's got under my skin. My wife and I experienced the poorest service and the most profound incompetence in nearly 30 years of dining in Lexington. Two cocktails, bread service, appetizer, two entrees ... 37 minutes. We arrived and parked with the affable valet, however, no path had been cleared from the street to the sidewalk. A grand total of three feet had not been cleared. It would have taken 15 seconds with a snow shovel or 45 seconds with a spoon, yet it was not done. Ladies in high heels, no heels, sneakers, and flip flops had to traverse the slush, when seconds of effort would have made it better. Untrained or Incompetent. Our server was nice, seemed to be on fire ... but nice. In 37 minutes we were served, asked thrice if we were ready to place our entrees, twice if we were finished, and waited by the table until the check was paid. She was in a dress, I in a jacket ... 37 minutes. Untrained or Incompetent. The Bluegrass cocktail was served warm. Yes, warm with a single block of ice. Ice meant not to dilute the cocktail, yet the cocktail was warm. Never stirred, nor shaken, simply mixed room temperature and placed on a single rock. Untrained or Incompetent. The food was good. Trained and Competent. As we left, 36 minutes into our fine dining, three staffers stood at the host stand. None of the three bothered to say goodbye, goodnight, thank you, or kiss my azz. Untrained or Incompetent. This is not fine dining. The food is good, but Fazoli's provides more service and hospitality. The staff is clearly not trained whatsoever in hospitality. The management needs to take the entire staff, put them on a bus, and drive them to Giuseppe's (or Italx) to allow them to experience warmth and hospitality. Fine dining isn't fancy food or high prices. Fine dining is about QUALITY and SERVICE. They pretend to want a Michelin Star, they're lucky not to get the Michelin Tread. Frankly, Pitiful.

   We have always enjoyed the food, music, and ambiance of Frank & Dino's. And we are delighted to see Franck as the new Maitre 'D ! The entire staff is fantastic- we had friends from Atlanta with us- they were very impressed! We will be back!!

   Service was ok. Music was great and atmosphere. Food was ok but a little pricey for what you get. Happy hour is the time to go.

    Not sure whether I'll go to Frank & Dino's again. The food was good, but a bit overpriced. The service was very well-mannered, but a bit slow. The sound system was great, but the volume was too high. The saxophonist was very good and it is a nice touch to have some live music mixed with the recorded music. The furnishings were tasteful, but our table was placed at the head of the main service path so it was quite busy.
