We had 2 servers because of shift change. Both were so sweet. I don’t recall if we got the first server’s name but the second was Alexa and she was great and very attentive!

The town of Frankenmuth and this restaurant is a must-do for any Michigan resident to visit by themselves or with out-of-town company.

I’ve been going here every year since I was a kid and this was the most expensive and poorest quality experience I’ve ever had. Cold chicken and boring sides, the only green thing on the table was the decorative kale which tasted better than the squash. We won’t bother with family style again, maybe it’s time for a new tradition.

We arrived a half hour early and we were seated! Everything was Great, except the waiter was a little slow. We were there over 2 hours and usually in and out in hour in a half. Out side was only had a few tables and we sat next to a table of maybe 12 that looked like people might have gotten up and left because there was still a lot of food in the table. We looked at it for two hours, and know body was in any hurry to clean it! Maybe the after was new I don’t know, but he was a little to slow! Other than that everything was wonderful!

The restaurant was 90% empty but there were 40-50 people waiting in the lobby for a table. The hostess would take one family to be seated and then disappear for about 5 minutes leaving dozens of people in line confused. We arrived early for our reservation but could not get through the line for 20-25 minutes. Even when we finished eating the lobby was packed with people (some of which were eating in line when we forst arrived.). Again the rooms were still 80% empty.

The chicken family meal will have your pants about to burst! Plenty of food, all of which were great. Nothing bad to say and our server was a delight.
