Josh was an excellent server. He was personable, and he gave great attention to detail, especially with our allergies. He was attentive and took good care of our table.

Never disappointed with Bavarian Inn Restaurant! Kyle, our server, was amazing. He took care of my wife's gluten allergy by making great suggestions for sides and even having kitchen staff make a gluten free version of the squash.

We have eaten here several times over the years. The lack of enough servers, busboys, etc. was quite noticeable. It was Thanksgiving Day but we have been here before on this holiday. It took almost 3 hours to complete our meal. Unacceptable, especially with 4 young children in tow. I don’t think we will ever book there again on a holiday.

We had reservations for 4:15pm on Thanksgiving. We were not seated until 4:45. The hostess was not very friendly. Upon approaching our table we noticed numerous open tables not being used, yet we had to wait 30 minutes for our assigned table be used “it needed to cleaned off”. The server Destiny was exceptional. The food was cold. Very disappointed in our Thanksgiving dinner. Will not be returning.

We jad an excellent Thanksgiving dinner. The service was exceptional and Esperanza was most enjoyable to have as our waitress.

Really easy to use, reservation was made and we got in on time. The food was fantastic and our wait staff was amazing and friendly and very happy, especially considering how busy they were! Plan to do it again next year.

Service was horrendous... We were party of 3 with a 5-month advance reservation for 1:45 pm. We were on-time but was told to take a seat... We waited till 2 pm (with no text received). I went to the hostess station and a different hostess finally said our table was ready. Great! BUT, they had lost the repurchase ticket for 2-pies that we ordered in advance. Our waitress service was the slowest we have ever experienced. We had to ask a 2nd server (Chase) to help us with service. He was able to tend to tables behind us, completely servicing their guests in super timely manner. Luck wasn't on our side with our regular server..... She would disappear and wouldn't show up in a timely manner like the adjacent tables server, Chase. Chase saved the moment and became the highlight. But, overall, your experience will be a hit or miss.... Good Luck!
