A walk through the doors into the fabulous Frankie Bones Restaurant & Lounge takes you back to the carefree style of the early 1960s and t's restaurants in the big cities across America. Frankie Bones serves coveted American-Italian cuisine seven days a week and is located next to WiseGuys on Main Street on Hilton Head Island and off Buckwalter Parkway in Bluffton. Lunch at Frankie Bones is about signature sandwiches, homemade soups, fresh seafood, crisp flatbreads, entrée salads, and premium pasta dishes. Always fresh and always fabulous! Served from 11 AM until 4 PM, Monday through Saturday, Frankie Bones is the perfect atmosphere for a business or family lunch.

Chicken piccata was good; could use some more lemon, but the portion was big! Our friends enjoyed their veal parmigiana, and chicken marsala. The house salad is fantastic. Daniella our server was awesome!

Rarely do we have an issue with a dinner, but tonight the special corn beef and cabbage was sub par. The cabbage was not cooked enough and the corn beef was over done and dry. We sent it back for our usual veal Marsala. Our server Daniella was very good and kept an eye on the replacement dinner.

I’ve been to Frankie Bones - Bluffton SC, a half dozen times now. I’ve never had a bad meal, service is always top notch. Drinks are incredible. If you haven’t been, it’s a gotta try!

We've had many meals at Frankie Bones and enjoy most of them however last night's dinner was outstanding. I had salmon and husband had petite filet. We had house white wine and husband had Cabernet. All in all we enjoyed everything put in front of us including the wonderful warm bread and butter. Our waitress was so sweet checking on us every 15 minutes. Our only complaint was that the bar area was so loud and we could barely hear one another's conversation. Next time we won't sit so close to the bar.

Wonderful food. Service was efficient and friendly. Overall one of the best restaurants in Bluffton.

Tried one of tonight’s specials, the swordfish. Very dry. Not enough peppers and onions.
