We were a party of 4 adults and 4 kids and went for dinner after the NYBG Holiday Train Show. The food was delicious, everyone enjoyed it and the ambiance and service was very good too. Highly recommend.

Good menu and great food. If you are looking for a place where you can enjoy your meal in a an atmosphere that is less noisy than some of the other places on Arthur Ave., this is it.

Entire experience was as unpleasant as the smell of the restaurant. Musty odor, waitress never smiled only smirked, food was acceptable. Disappointing.

Found this gem because our granddaughter named Frankie came to her first Yankee game. Happened to be the World Series but anyway staying in Bronx and wanted great Italian. This was amazing. Every item from burratta to caprese, chicken parm and the best I’ve ever had alla tortufo mushroom pasta Then dessert tiramisu and cannolis. All homemade just delicious. Don’t miss it.

First time here. We were going to NYBG and I was in charge of finding the restaurant. I took a chance on Frankie’s because honestly it was the only place that took reservations for the time we needed. Everything was great. The calamari was fantastic and everyone enjoyed their meal. The Doo Wop singers added a fun twist to our experience. Everyone was happy I chose Frankie’s.

The staff was very attentive, and everything was delicious! We had the fried raviolis, a chicken Parm, a chicken marsala, and the chicken à la vodka. The “Key to My Heart” signature cocktail was delightful!

Service can be spotty- waitresses from eastern Europe not sure of the how - ‘perhaps a cocktail before we eat and not after sitting at least 10 minutes’- staff ok but slow to start- water glass stood empty way too long and had to get their attention - we were only 1 of 3 tables at first in the place. Food on the other hand was very very good- Baked Clams - Cacio e Pepe and Lasagna all perfect in their own right.
