   We came all the way from Putney to try Frank's canteen and it was great. Lovely atmosphere, great staff and a superb series of small/large plates - really imaginative and delicious. We tried most of the menu and there were too many highlights - maybe the Cime de rapa, butter curry potatoes, poussin, sea bass and white chocolate cheesecake would top the pile. Not forgetting the marinated olives and sourdough with salted honey butter.. Thank you

   I love this restaurant it’s great. I came here about 2 months ago and the food was some of the best I’ve had in London. The staff are lovely and I would still really recommend the restaurant. However…. The valentines menu was really poor. Most of the dishes just didn’t taste very good and my partner and I were really disappointed. The drinks were great though. I’ve had caviar and steak tartare once in my life before (not together), but putting the two together is a war crime. I would still really recommend this restaurant but do not go for Valentine’s Day, it was really expensive and the menu was definitely not tried and tested.

   Frank’s was an absolute treat! Every dish we ordered was flavor packed and delicious. We had tickets for a show at the Park Theatre and thought it was a slightly closer walk and there was a train delay so we ended up in a bit of a rush to make curtain time. The staff was knowledgeable, accommodating and very kind. We plan on coming back when we have a bit more time to savor the full experience. I can’t recommend this charming place highly enough.

    My favourite, the daal was on the menu so I had to go. It was delicious and comforting as always and especially on a cold winter’s day.
