   Our server was very attentive and realized that my hanger steak was undercooked. She brought some of it back to the kitchen to get it cooked as requested.

   We had a great dining experience. Our server, Noah, did a great job and the food was delicious. We chose the special Valentine’s Day Menu. Steak was done perfectly and very flavorful. And we never felt rushed, even though the restaurant was very busy.

   We were seated and within 2 minutes or server arrived with water and to explain things found on for Valentine's Day... Did arrived fast and was good... All around great experience,..

   The service was exceptional. We had reservations for five and did not have to wait to be seated when we arrived. Despite the restaurant not being full due to a snowstorm, we were seated upstairs at a table next to rows of tables waiting for high school students to come that were celebrating their Winter Formal. Once they arrived, we were packed in, and we were the only adults surrounded by the whole upstairs being flooded with students. The students were not an issue, however, the lower floor still had open tables the entire time we ate, with a few still open that would have accommodated all of us. I just felt like it wasn't a very attentive move. The food was good, but not outstanding. I had the beef short rib with pappardelle pasta. It was flavorless and had big chunks of garlic in it, which was off-putting. Two people had the walleye- they both said it was very "fishy" tasting. If you have fish regularly, you understand what this means. One person had tenderloin, ordered medium rare, came closer to medium. It was just meh for the meal, and for the prices they charge, I expected quality that I get at Rye or Ellinor. The waitress gets 10/10 for me, but not anything else.

   Delicious cuisine! The food was absolutely wonderful, in both presentation and taste. The ambience of sitting over the water, watching the waves was beautiful. Dessert was scrumptious.

   We enjoyed everything about our dinner at Fratellos. The service was outstanding, even on a very busy evening. The food was fabulous and presented so beautifully!

    Group of 4 of us on New Year’s Eve. It was super busy, but our table was ready pretty close to our reservation time! You could tell the servers & basically everyone there were running around getting things done. Normally, the attention to each table is fantastic. However, with the busyness of the evening it wasn’t as great. But understandable. The food was amazing: cheese curds, portobello mushroom ravioli and wild mushroom & truffle pizza! It was worth going, despite the lack of the usual attentive service. They did a good job, you could just tell the workers were running hard doing their best to keep up. Will be back again!
