The experience of making a reservation was challenging. You have to go to their website and look for the tab which leads to Open Table. They require 24 hours notice, even after we took the time to drive there and got held up by security. We had asked to call and see if they would take us as an exception, and were met with a slight attitude at our persistence. I understand protocols but it was off putting. The phone service did not work (multiple calls in attempts to get connected to make a reservation). Finally we were able. The process getting into the restaurant requires a call from security to the restaurant to confirm your reservation. It just simply was not warm. The resort and ambience of the restaurant was impeccable. Pristine and gorgeous. The sushi was delicious, as well as the cocktails. I ordered two separate drinks which they were out of. The server didn’t know, and came back to me for a third time and offered me another selection. By that time, I no longer desired a second cocktail as too much time had passed and I needed to ask him for the cocktail list each time I found out they did not have the necessary ingredients to make the beverage. The serve should know before the evening which ingredients were unavailable. The main course, snapper and I believe Mahi for my husband was nicely done. Smaller portions and sides a la carte. The rice was lightly fragranced but could have been seasoned a little more. Definitely the most bougie restaurant on Eleuthera. We may return. I hope that they refine their processes for the convenience of guests not staying on resort.

Had such a good dinner experience, drove back to Freedom for breakfast a couple days later and it did not disappoint. Do not pass on the chocolate croissant, get it even if you are full!!!

We were eight guests and had a wonderful dinner. Service was wonderful. The manager came over and spoke to us, which was very nice.

Very nice atmosphere. Food delicious. Staff accommodating and pleasant, great customer service. Drinks awesome.

We visited as guests staying at an adjacent property. Very fair experience. Place settings incomplete and had to ask more than once for untencils and napkins. It was dinner service and restaurant was not busy. Drinks delivered one at a time which was awkward. Food was very good, but service left us not anxious to return.

Our food came out in shifts. We had 8 people in our party. They forgot one persons meal completely. His food arrived when everyone was mostly finished. We waited over an hour to get our entrees. Potions were delicious but very small and no sides. Pricey for what we received. Plus this placed billed itself as a sushi place and we expected roll and raw fish options and it wasn’t a sushi place at all.

The management seemed to be a bit overwhelmed with the evening's festivities and had some trouble juggling the normal processes of restaurant management. For example, my bill was incorrect multiple times. The evening's events were not advertised. So we really didn't have any information about what the options would be. Although it is a resort with families staying onsite, the night was largely geared towards adults. This is understandable given the holiday (new years). But families could have been better prepared. I did see at least one family leave after being seated. All in all my family had a good time.
