   I was expecting so much more because of the good reviews. The margaritas were fair and one I ordered first I could not even drink and sent it back. It was black with a lemon foam with no ice and served straight up. The thigh chicken on the fajitas was very dry and the wedge salad was a very petite version with very little toppings and had to ask for more dressing , My friends enchiladas were extremely dry and she could not eat it. The short ribs dish was good. No condiments were provided and had to ask for salt and pepper. I am just glad we did not go overboard in ordering a lot of food ! And the service was very poor. We will not return and this is the first time I have ever posted on a restaurant it was so bad. And did I say extremely expensive??

   This was our first time here. Everything was great. Server Tanner was excellent drinks were great and food fabulous. Will be coming back.

   Delicious meal! We enjoyed the whole red snapper fish and Mexican noodles with prawns. The old fashioned drinks were potent! Recommend this place whole heartedly! Tanner our server was very good!

    This was our first time to Fuego and we didn't expect the dining room behind the bar area so that was a nice surprise; that really separates the sound nicely. Our waiter was phenomenal and my wife had the black grouper special (amazing) and I had the sea bass and that was amazing as well. We also had the empanadas (braised short rib) appetizer and those were incredible too. All around, the service, food and ambience were all good. It was a little pricey but it seems most things are nowadays anyway. We will be back!!
