   Put this restaurant on your list. We’re sushi obsessed and the preparation and presentation was fantastic. The menu is more Asian fusion that pure Japanese. We weren’t expecting char sui pork on the menu, but the pork fried rice was delicious. Enjoy!

   The staff was very professional, happy knowledgeable, and prompt and serving. Very kind for my birthday gave me green tea ice cream.

   I used to really like this restaurant and have been going there regularly for the past two years. However, my last two visits have been disappointing. In January, my partner and I had an experience where our maki rolls were rolled so loosely that they fell apart as soon as we picked them up with chopsticks. Last night, I had to wait half an hour for the table I had reserved, and the service afterward was very slow. They brought our appetizers along with my dinner, which was frustrating. While my maki rolls were better this time, they still weren’t as good as they were just a few months ago. I hope the restaurant addresses these service and food quality issues and returns to the high standards they once had.

   Fuji has both classic Japanese dishes and sushi. The food is high quality. We had the spring rolls and the beef teriyaki to start. The beef teriyaki was tender and flavorful. The sushi was excellent as was the chicken with broccoli. Our server (Eddie) was attentive and he really knew the menu. He was helpful with ordering in that he knew how many pieces of sushi would be in each order and how some of the dinner entrees were cooked. The restaurant has a modern upscale look inside and the seating is comfortable. I would recommend sitting near the back of the restaurant and not near the front door on Walnut Street. Also, it's best to make a reservation. The noise level ranged moderate on a busy Friday night, with both families and couples and groups of friends having dinner. Prices can seem a little bit expensive, but the quality of the food makes it worthwhile. There is both street parking and a small parking lot behind the restaurant. This was not our first visit to this restaurant. Every time has been a great experience.

   Amazing food and drinks! We go the walnut street roll, black truffle roll, rainbow roll and dragon roll with a couple of drink specials and it was REALLY good!! Enjoyed our time at Fuji, would definitely recommend

   Fuji was great! Loved the gyoza appetizer and my beef teriyaki entree! Service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!
