An escape after work, a bustling local incognito bar. You are in Furco and we know what you want. Housed in a former fur warehouse on Mayor Street, Furco welcomes you behind its glass and stone facade. Raw materials, refined character, an elongated bar - an ecosystem that awakens at nightfall. A bar, but also a strong kitchen that doesn't compromise. Our nomadic menu changes with the seasons. Our kitchen is focused on highlighting flavour, sourcing talent and we are dedicated to research.

    The meat plate and cheese plate where really small for the price paid.... besides that this is great an awesome place to go with friends and colleagues after a long day of work.

    Je crois que la meilleure ambiance au bar Furco sont les soirs de semaine, où les travailleurs se retrouvent après leur journée de travail. Le samedi soir, il y a un peu moins de gens et l'ambiance est un peu moins dynamique. De plus, la premiere fois, nous avions goûté des vins blancs plus aromatiques. La derniere fois, il y avait une selection de vins blancs au verre très peu aromatiques, qui nous semblait presque que acide. Mais j'adore cet endroit, on y mange bien et le personnel est sympathique.

    Loved everything except the waiter who accidentally took away my drink (wasn't done) when I went to the bathroom. He apologized and brought me another but we ended up being charged for it. Overall everything else was great! Good drinks, wasn't too noisy that night, and I was happy to have my table reservation in a corner which was more intimate.

    Excellent wine list--orange wines were of special note. Dishes are small and pricey, but sophisticated in concept and well executed. We tried a mushroom dish that was superb and a raw albacore that was equally good. The space gets louder than I expected; the live music is a nice touch, but it gets lost because of the conversation noise level. Service was friendly and unobtrusive, but maybe a little too much so--I would have ordered another glass of wine if the server had come by more frequently. Overall, a fun venue for an upscale 5 à 7 if you can put up with the noise.
