せめて御給仕する時は笑顔を作ろうよ。あと、皿のふちにソースがついたまま提供されるのは料理人も給仕人も気づかないのかと思うともう少し緊張感をもって仕事した方が良い。名店の座に胡坐をかいてるのかな。

いつもなかなか予約が取れないお店ですが、何とか予約できたので久しぶりに伺いました。いつ行っても、安定の美味しいランチでした。お料理もサービスも一流ですね。

A traditional Chinese restaurant. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very calm and it was a quite relaxing space. The dishes were a little bit different from the typical Chinese food, the taste was not too strong, but not too right as well as not greasy, and was really delicious with a perfect balance.

インテリア、サービスでいかにも高級店の雰囲気があります。ランチセットにしましたが、量は控えめ、本格的に味わいたいならアラカルトメニューですね。機会があったらディナーにも来てみたいです。

味は非常に良い、いつも期待を裏切らないメニューを特に押し付けて来ないのも良いもう少しサービスは細かいことも気づいてもらえると良いグラスワインの値段設定が少し高め

大分昔に上海蟹を食した記憶があったのですが、それを一気に払拭するほどのインパクトがあったと言っても過言でないほど、素敵な食経験でした。贅沢感と発見、そして口から脳に広がる満足感が何とも言えない充実感を残してくれました。滅多に来れないし、またしょっちゅう食するものでないからこそ、大変価値があったと思います。ご馳走さまでした。
