Unfortunately we had a very poor Mother’s Day experience. We waited over two hours for food, even tho we were one of the first tables seated. Owners were unwilling to listen to constructive feedback, even tho I suggested walking around to tables and apologizing for the experience would go a long way, they disagreed and blamed everyone else without accepting accountability themselves. Rooftop bar/ seating is nice with great potential but the menu is very lacking, limited and food was subpar after our extensive wait. Most of the food wasn’t even edible. (Cold, over cooked, frozen butter, etc.). Very unfortunate- idk if these are new owners but there was a lot of confusion and disorganization. 1 out of 10 experience.

Ocean Symphony with swordfish was cooked to perfection and delicious! The saffron rice was the perfect accompaniment. Outstanding service and very interesting ambience. Will definitely be back.

Hello halibut was dry and very overcooked and expensive. Waitress said she has had these complaints before will not be back.

This is a lovely venue with a welcoming and attentive staff. The new menu looks great and we were very happy with our choices. We ate early and had prompt and informed introduction to the menu. We will return again eagerly.

We ate a Fusion 45 and it was a great experience! I had the snapper that was cooked to perfection and my husband had the chicken that he raved about. Service from David was superb and drink options were plenty. We truly hope to see this restaurant succeed and we will be back!

This was our first visit to Fusion 45 since it changed hands. Sadly for them, it was a Saturday night and there was only one other table including our group of 4. One other group of 2 did come in. It was consequently very quiet in the restaurant and we enjoyed that as it allowed us to visit. The choice of music was also pleasing. The decor is also inviting. We were served promptly and ordered the mushroom appetizer in addition to the flatbread. Both were served hot and tasty. Our main course was the brisket meal x 2, the Moroccan lamb and the Ribeye Steak. All were hot and delicious. We are not sure why the restaurant has got a number of low reviews. All of our food was hot, plentiful and tasty. The only small suggestion I might have is for the "manager" who waited on us to take a small lead from his neighbor Hugh Higgins and maybe spend some time getting to know your customers and to promote the restaurant, etc. Otherwise, a very nice evening and we will definitely return. We sincerely hope the restaurant makes it.

Our first visit to Fusion 45 and we’ll definitely go back. Good food (Lamb, Snapper, Squid Ink Pasta, and Seafood combination) were all delicious. Good wine at moderate price. Will have to try dessert next visit.
