Very nice new option in Fairfield, made more inviting by accepting reservations. Food was very good, service was fine, although a little slow (overwhelmed kitchen perhaps?). We will dine here again.

Gabagool is awesome and always a fun experience. Food, drinks and service are always good. Nice big free parking lot across the street.

During Fairfield's Restaurant Week we tried out the restaurant. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent too. I had the Blackened Tuna and it was cooked perfectly ( rare, not burnt) and she had the Lamb shank. We had deserts and wine too. We will be back. About 80% of the menu is or can be made gluten free.

I had a wonderful experience. Because this particular restaurant has changed hands many times I went in with some skepticism. The place was wonderful. I will be going back. I suggest you do too.
