This restaurant was clearly for tourists. I am a local and was looking forward to a good authentic Italian experience. The food was good but not for those prices. We didn’t even order any drinks and the cost was $75 per person. The burrata appetizer was small and didn’t even come with any bread to eat it with. My favorite dish was the pizza but most of the pizzas on the menu were $30-$40+ which is ridiculous. Lastly the server wasn’t very nice and we were hit with 20% gratuity included. I won’t be going back.

Chicken scallopini very dry. Did not enjoy at all. Pizza relatively small portion. Dinner for 2 with 2 glasses wine and only one appetizer was $155. Not value for money particularly given underwhelming taste of food.

We were a group of six - the food was ok The ambience is a mall Small portions Over priced A tourist trap The waitress / hostess came over to us while we were deciding on dessert and said we would have to get up in 19 minutes as they needed the table So we left without dessert and bought gelato at the candy store next door Also over priced tourist trap They would not let you taste a flavor without purchasing before a 2 scoop micro cup for $13

The overall experience at the Aventura location was mediocre. I was expecting much more flavorful food and service due to the many positive reviews. The food was just okay and did not feel the price of the menu matched the quality.

I went to Gaby by Call me Gaby with my husband for dinner, highly recommended!! We were greeted by the hostess who took us to our table. We shared the meatball and parmigiana as appetizers. I had the gnocchi and my husband had the Monica pizza. All great choices, everything was fresh and tasty! We finished off with a Ferrero Rocher gelato!! We will be back for sure! Thank you to the Manager and our waiter for the wonderful evening!!
