   outstanding food and service. The setting was stunning and peaceful. They had a violinist that accompanied the music; a special touch. The owner made sure everyone had a special experience. I highly recommend it.

   One of the best dinners I have ever had in NYC. The Sea Bass and the Lobster Pasta were amazing! Such a beautiful restaurant.

   Beware: ordering the fish special entree “to share” between two women who also shared two appetizers and two sides cost $141 for the fish alone. This was outrageous and a bit wasteful (but not even that huge). Never order market fish again without specifying how much it weighs and costs. Restaurant is good, but order off the ordinary menu.

   Our dinner at Gaia was amazing! The restaurant is beautifully decorated. The staff is very professional, and welcoming. Most importantly, the food was delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant.

   Service was extremely poor, We waited over 25 minutes to be sat with our reservations. All drinks taste exactly the same with over powering lemon flavor. Was rushed to order after we waited to sit, steak was ordered medium came out completely rare. Menu is also a little not a great explanation of all the options, Idaho Potatoes are quite like the frozen french fries with feta and oregano. Extremely underwhelming I brought tourists here who were expecting a great dinner. We were all not happy with this meal. We spoke to the server about our distaste and the manager did not even come over and apologize.

   this is the fourth time in a month that i have been at the restaurant and it has not disappointed.

   Food was amazing - service was surprisingly, and continuously poor. We had a 6:30 reservation and were told to wait at the bar which we waiting at for more than 20 minutes. During that time we asked the hostess multiple times to sit at the open and set tables. Ultimately, the bar tender took mercy on us and sat us. After that, we couldn’t get menus for the longest time. Finally the wait staff and manager noticed and tried to make up for the bad experience. The food was good but the service made it no longer feel like a luxury experience. To top it off, we had to call later because we left a scarf. I was at first hung up on and then I was told they would return the call regarding the scarf and never heard back.

   Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff was incredibly attentive and really ensure we had a perfect dinner. Thank you!
