My husband and I enjoyed our visit. The atmosphere and staff were amazing. The food was awesome. Everything was cooked and served to perfection! We highly recommend GAIA and will return for future outings to New Orleans! Note to the ladies, the Tiger Lily drink is spectacular.

We ordered the mussels for an appetizer, Cesar salad, and a medium rare Tomahawk steak with three sides. After a very long wait, they brought our steak first. The steak was overcooked, they brought our appetizer out after the main dish. By the time the sides came out, our steak was cold. THEN after we finished eating our main and sides, they brought our salad AFTER I reminded them. The restaurant wasn't busy but it seemed like they forgot about us. Definitely not worth the price and the service could use some improvement.

Waited a really long time for appetizers. When they did come they weren’t desirable, asked to have them reviewed for quality management never came. The bar was backed up, we got our 1st refill of an iced tea and a Shirley temple as the check was coming out. This is the only restaurant I know that charges for a soda refill. So it was $10 for 2 sprites, $12 for 2 ice teas. We had the tomahawk, we were not given steak knives. And it lacked flavor. Added sea salt and butter helped. Be that as a may. The waitress was personable. She was the highlight of the $230 meal. Front staff was also very pleasant.

The worst dining experience I ever had. The food was horrible! The service was worse. Server left the table dirty with plates and glasses. Then tries to clear space on a dirty table for the main entree. Awful

The whole time was an experience! Presentation was immaculate. It was so fun. Tasty. I’ll definitely be back

It was a great date night at Gaia. Our server David was awesome!! Go out and enjoy the food. You will not be disappointed.

From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for something special. The ambiance was warm and inviting, but what truly made the evening unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by the bartender, who went above and beyond as our server. They seamlessly juggled craft cocktails and table service with a level of professionalism and charisma that left us thoroughly impressed. Now, let's talk about the food—absolutely phenomenal! The steak was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor and tenderness. Every bite was an experience in itself. The sides? Equally amazing, with creative twists that complemented the main course beautifully. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the service exceed expectations, but this steakhouse nailed it. Kudos to the entire team, especially the bartender, for making our night so memorable. We'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for an impeccable dining experience!

Our meal was cold after it took 1.5 hours to cook. Steak had a good flavor, but it seems unacceptable for such a nice restaurant to serve a meal at this quality.

We absolutely loved Gaia! The ambiance, the food, the service was immaculate. The lamb chops were the best. Definitely recommend for a special occasion or just to feel special!
