   First of all when we arrived on time for our reservation, it took 15-20 mins for the host to give us a table. Second, the service was very slow and had to wait a lot for stuff you will ask or will not even get what you asked for. Food was good but there was only very few people bringing the meat with a limited number of cuts.

   Nos llevaron solo 3 veces carne, era una cena nada barata, y realmente no llevaron lo suficiente, tuvimos que estarles recordando que nos llevaran. Definitivamente nunca volveré.

   For the first time in years, the food was not to the Galpao Gaucho standard. The meat was not cooked correctly. The cheese bread had no flavor, I spent most of my time waiting for the waiters to stop by to offer a piece of meat.

   Food had no flavor. I’ve been to other Brazilian steakhouses so I have a decent foundation of what the food should taste like. The sides were so bland, the meat had no flavor, the picanha and plantain were the best part about the meal. We had no idea who our server was and no one came to formally greet us. Will not be returning here again.

   This place was OK. I’m really not sure I’d go there again. The chicken was really dry, the chimuchurri was like taco palenque pico - definitely not chimichurri - and for whatever reason my boyfriend and I noticed that once we were given one cut of meat the waiters seemed to pass us over several times with the same cut which doesn’t really happen at other Brazilian steakhouses. Could be that the place is just small, not really sure but normally it’s just a better experience. The bartender was cool and the server was nice I feel like they just generally could have done a better job. Sort of lame just spending upwards of $200 and then sort of reflecting and stating that we could have just waited for Chauma to open up the day after Christmas and had the real experience we were looking for. So just kind of a bummer.

   Not as good as your larger Brazilian steakhouses. Price is a little steep considering service you receive. Service is kind of slow. Meat servers aren’t as trained as they should be with cuts and knives. Not a terrible place to dine but would be behind all other Brazilian steakhouses in SA.

   The food was great, super juicy. The server coulve been more attentive & we also waited a while for steak to come out when our cards were green. I really wish dessert was included in the "full experience"

    Don't overdo at the excellent salad bar! While the fixin's are tempting, the pao de quejo savory, and the jalapeno poppers tasty, leave plenty of room for the perfectly cooked steaks, lamb chops, pork ribs, bacon-wrapped chicken, and crispy sausages. And leave a tiny bit of space for a generous slice of chocolate mousse cake. You've been warned!
