   Our first time to GameTime. Such a fun busy atmosphere. Good food. Decent beer selection. Great place to watch Team Canada kick the American’s butt in the 4 Nations final!!!

   We booked the 3:30 PM Kids NYE event, paying extra based on the advertised promise of a balloon drop and bowling time. Upon arrival, we were informed that bowling required a separate booking—something not mentioned anywhere on the website. At the countdown, the balloons remained netted, and a manager explained the drop was only for the 8 PM slot, which was not clearly communicated. Other Parents were visibly upset, and the experience did not meet expectations. I have videos of this. We felt misled by the false advertising and were very disappointed.

   We coming for brekfast with Santa and the food was sooo poor. Cold and empty the hot table. The price is not coincide with the food.

   We were celebrating 2 birthdays and told the hostess. Thought we would maybe get some sort of dessert comped. But we didn’t. We were seated next to a large 11 year old birthday party where the kids were blowing streamers non stop. Was very loud and annoying. Food wasn’t that great either. Not for the price. My main came out late after everyone else’s meal came out together with their apps.

    We attended GameTime for the kids Magic Show. The Magic Show and value of the package was great! It was a bit unorganized when we first sat down and trying to track down a server to take our order, but once we located them everything was great.
