   The service was very poor. We were seated for a half hour before they served the bottle of water we ordered. At the end of dinner, our waitress was involved in a conversation with another table and failed to notice my attempts at requesting a check. To top it off, I received a notice from Open Table that I never showed up for the reservation. They failed to log me in. This is an example of what happens when a restaurant automatically charges a 20% service charge. There is little motivation for the staff.

   This is some of the best food I’ve had in Miami Beach. Pan Asian fresh flavors, delicious cocktails and stunning ambience. We got the dumplings, salmon crispy rice, ginger beef and crispy bok choi. Try the bananas flambé for dessert! A must have in SoFi.

   We love the authentic food and the decor! The music is a little loud but that’s Miami! The huge hit for me is the traditional spring rolls and the beef satay but everything was delicious! I love the sting fruit martini too.

   We dine at Call Me Gaby frequently and GAO is under the same ownership. Last night's dinner was outstanding--beautiful restaurant, inside and out, excellent food and service. We already have our next reservation.

   The service lagged quite a bit.. from the moment we arrived, to ordering and waiting for our appetizers and entrees. At the time the entrees were to be delivered (which we had to inquire about), the waiter announced that they were out of fish (our chosen selection). My response to him was, “isn’t it a bit late to be telling us about this; we ordered it 30 minutes ago”. Unacceptable service from a restaurant of this stature. The food was really good, unfortunately that have a few things to work on in Terms of customer satisfaction .

    Everything was well presented and the food was delicious. The matrdè was very engaging and the hostess was very nice. Beautiful foliage outdoor seating. Our waitress was very attentive. From across the floor she saw my napkin fall to the ground and immediately came over to replace it. I can not get those yummy spring rolls out of my mind.
