   It’s located on the top floor of a busy budget hotel with a small lift. The rooftop bar had a decent enough view but that was about it. Menus were tatty, chairs were plastic canteen kind of chairs, music thunderous yet price not cheap. Seems that staff not interested in doing their job. Overall not a pleasant experience.

   While the view was nice, the food was not up to par with the price and the entire vibe was low budget. The servers were not very hospitable and even though the service charge is listed as “optional” on the receipt, they did not give us the option and charged it in the total automatically (they did not accept cash either).

   Pleasantly surprised by this intimate restaurant so central with a breath taking view. Food was delicious and reasonable for the location and the view.

   A very promising place with great view . Service and food bad , many items on the menu missing . Maybe good as bar , not for dining

   Reserved a table for 6 several weeks before a birthday event, specified a round table. Also confirmed this the day before, but when we arrived no table ready for us. Service was offhand and slow - even getting a bottle of Prosecco to start took ages. The male manager/owner was unsmiling and surly almost to the point of rudeness and despite obvious birthday gifts and cards all around, no member of staff made any reference to the occasion and all appeared rather bored. Food was adequate but limited

   Upon booking online I requested a table by the window. Despite the restaurant was almost empty we were given a table away from the window. Generally food was ok, steaks were tiny. Cocktails very expensive. Tables were sticky and menus were all very dirty. White Wine was too warm

    The food was good and though not cheap, not extremely expensive considering the view. However, the experience was let down by the fact that even though the staff outnumbered us, they basically ignored us for a lot of the night. At one point it took us 25 minutes to be able to get someone for us to order, even though there was only us and one other couple in the restaurant, and there two waiters and a barman working! The other issue was the music. Pumping very loud hip hop and club music basically all night, with a speaker right next to us, including about an hour of Eminem. I don’t know WHAT would inspire anyone to do this when the only people in the place are clearly two couples trying to have a quiet date, and we were sitting right next to the speaker. At one point, with us clearly looking uncomfortable, they actually turned it up even more so we literally couldn’t hear each other, at which point I asked them to turn it down. They didn’t apologise or anything and lowered it, but I’m pretty sure it was still more loud than it had been before. Main message to the management: you could have something great here, potentially one of the best date spots in central London. All you need to do is have your staff focus so they give just the basic normal level of customer service, change the music to more appropriate genres and TURN IT DOWN!
