    Le Gaspar est le restaurant auquel nous aimons aller pour célébrer ma femme et moi. Nous y allons depuis 4-5 ans et la cuisine y est toujours délicieuse et l’expérience fantastique. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir Loïk comme serveur à quelques reprises et il améliore à lui seul une expérience fantastique en un moment magique.

    My sister and I always celebrate "Christmas Eve, Eve". This year, we were gifted a dinner at Gaspar. What a treat! The restaurant was so beautiful, with its stone walls and beautiful artwork. We were greeted at the front door by staff who quickly helped us remove our coats, which is rare in Montreal. Our waiter was superb...just the right amount of attention. The food was extraordinary! From the Foie Gras pate and Bison tartar appetizers, to the Beef Cheeks and Filet Mignon, you can't go wrong. I will definitely come back!

    Marie Florence was the most attentive and efficient waitress with a wonderful friendly knowledgeable demeanor. The food was awesome and the atmosphere was warm, cosy and fun.

    Nous étions 12 personnes pour un brunch (11 adultes, 1 enfant). Le serveur était très gentil et s'est assuré que nous ne manquions de rien. Le lieu est grand, la décoration est sympa et le fait de pouvoir réserver une grande table est un vrai plus. J'aurais aimé qu'il y ai un peu plus de choix sucré (peut-être en accompagnement, avec des petites portions) sur la carte mais sinon c'était parfait. Je penserai à ce restaurant en priorité pour mes prochains brunchs.
