With favorites like the famous monte cristo sandwich, fried chicken or today's blue plate special, Gatsby brings you back to the days of the diner, but from a fresh perspective. Located at the corner of Half and N Streets, directly in front of Nats Park's Centerfield Gate, and overlooking the ballpark from our second floor dining room, Gatsby is the perfect pre/post game venue from which to celebrate.

We went for brunch and it was amazing! Ordered the American Breakfast and bottomless drinks and the tequila sunset was strong but also good. Ask to set in Charles area because he’s amazing!

We ate in the bar area but walked up to the dining room afterward to see it (after having seeing pictures online). It is beautiful and we were shocked that it was empty.

I made a 3:00 reservation for my birthday. The hostess was very rude and we had to wait almost an hour to be seated. However, our waitress Nori was amazing and the food & drinks were great.

Very good food. Service started out pretty good, lacked a little towards the end but I think our server may have been on a break, she was friendly and attentive 3/4 of the time. The deviled eggs were delicious as were our meals.

Greta food and ambiance. Staff was very friendly and me and my friends felt very comfortable for brunch.

Food and drinks were good (but the pierogies seemed like they were store-bought frozen) but the service was severely lacking. It wasn’t busy but we were seated for 30 minutes before anyone came to our table to give our group water and then we had to flag someone down to order drinks, which took another 20+ minutes and more than one reminder that not everyone’s order had arrived. When we ordered food we had to repeat and clarify several times, and another server came back to the table later to ask questions about what we had ordered. As a former server it was some of the worst service I can remember, yet the restaurant included 20% gratuity. Rather than argue we were just ready to leave.
