Thank-you for choosing Gaucho, Calgary’s only authentic Churrascaria- Brazilian Barbecue. Gaucho is inspired by the dynamic and rich cultural heritage of the Brazilian cowboy, the time honored tradition of Churrasco (barbecue) and Rodizio (round-about) service. Rodizio dining is like nothing you’ve tried before. To do it properly, budget an evening – or at least a few hours – and come hungry! Your barbecue chef of the evening will come around with massive churrasco-style skewers, each with a tender cut-of-the-day.     It was a great time and good food. Very loud music playing overhead. I could barely hear my server over the loud music and had she repeat herself more Han a couple times. Parking is easy. Staff is great. The beef quality was not great but the ribs meat, jerked chicken and roasted pork was simply fabulous. Would do that over and over again. And the cocktails are amazing.

    Food was amazing lots of food very tasty and presented beautifully. Staff offered information and were friendly funny and awesome. Highly recommend this restaurant

    We've been going to Gaucho for years. Excited to go again at the new location as it is much bigger and brighter, we were celebrating a bday. Last night the waiter was a bit off, she seemed sad and mad from the beginning. We didn't do anything to upset her. There was no greeting, or small talk like waiters do to make you enjoy the atmosphere and the meal, she seemed bothered, only at the end when we paid she lightened up. The food is excellent as usual. I was surprised when I called and asked if we could bring a bday cake and they said they charge a $2.5 per person cake fee.... because they will light the candle and bring it to you and cut the cake... like what? I ended up cutting the cake myself (they brought a stake knife because kitchen didn't have any other ), they offered to cut it but I wanted to offer it to 2 other adjacent tables that sang "happy Bday" with us so I did it myself :)

    My favourite thing was the potato salad. The chicken stroganoff was amazing and variety of meat made the experience really worth it. I found the space to be a bit noisy but overall, lovely experience. Will definitely be back!

    Great spot! The food was unreal and the service was exceptional. The only slight I would take away from our experience was that our server was a little quirky and very disorganized. She seemed extremely slow at things and forgettable. Other than that, it was an exceptional experience! Would absolutely do that again.

    Went for Valentine’s Day with my lady and it was such a great time from the food to the staff everything was awesome would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I will be coming back again!!

    Best Brazilian BBQ in the city by a wide margin! Perfect spot for Valentine’s Day! Food and service was phenomenal! Ambiance was excellent — a nice business casual atmosphere and felt very cozy! Definitely coming back!
