We’ve been making them our way since way back in 2001. Whether we’re flame grilling the best cuts of British beef, farm fresh chicken or purely plant-based, we’re all about the flavour. Toppings, we stack them high. And Sauces, we’re famous for them.

    It’s been a while since we have been to GBK. This time we went back with our two children. Their first gbk trip and it didn’t disappoint. They loved their food. The waitress was lovely ( I think she was the manager as I had to give her my order due to allergies ) she was attentive to my children and one of them was keen to show her his pet rock 😂 and she engaged with him and spoke with him about it. The service was great. The food was great. We will be back. We had the blue smashed burger with skinny fries. Perfectly cooked and piping hot.

    I do not like ordering on electronic devices. The food was not up to scratch, the burgers were not as good as previous visits and no choice as to how they were cooked. Altogether, a very disappointing visit.

    Everything thing about this burger restaurant was good…. But not very good Portions were calculated, burger didn’t come with anything. But you had to pay for every extra filling. Ambiance was good but again not very good I would use them again but l certainly wouldn’t rush back to do so.

    Food was very good although didn't have a couple of items and why 4 stars.. Staff very friendly as well and was a good meal all round.

    Great customer service. We had someone with a nut allergy and the staff was very helpful and patient while taking our order.

    Lovely service from every member of staff we encountered with . Quick easy order with their new table tablet but can also go up to till if you have cash. Friendly and bubbly waiter who was chatty and welcoming. Food was really nice to.
