Welcome to GEO our newly designed restaurant. Experience ‘Never Ordinary’ dining.
Geo means earth. It can also mean the world.
Our inspiration comes from around the globe, but our ingredients come from just around the corner.

Ireland has an embarrassment of culinary riches, with some of the world’s best seafood and produce pulled from our local farms and coastlines,just minutes and miles away from where you sit right now, and when you sit down at our table, that’s what you’ll get. In a more cheffy mood,we might use words like “provenance” and “terroir” to talk about our menu.

But what we really mean is food that captures the energy and excitement of being right here, right now, in this exact place.
Savoring the moment, the experience, the taste, and the company.

Food was incredible,would definitely go again. Food was a bit slow coming out but it was acknowledged and we got an apology and a drink for the delay. So no complaints. Staff were great too. Lovely atmosphere and the tasting menu was great.

We would have visited a few times a year for special occasions. We heard there was a new chef and they did not disappoint. Food was outstanding the best we have had in a long time. The only downside was the service where the staff seemed under trained. Table was set like a child would do knives and forks randomly placed on the table between courses. They even gave a dish what was meant for us to the table next to us, we had to ask the staff to correct this. Overall though the food out shone any issues and we had a fantastic time.

We loved everything about our Family Christmas dinner at the G! Shame the owner is from Israel, and I wish they do not support the current massacre in Palestine!

The food was incredible! The oysters were the freshest I have ever had, and the salmon was so juicy and tender it honestly might have ruined any other preparation of salmon for me! Everyone I interacted with was kind, friendly, helpful and I enjoyed that you get a chance to interact with more than just one server. It was a tasty and unique experience that really helped get my Fortieth birthday week kicked off to a great start in Ireland!

Beautiful except for the deserts. Service fantastic. We had an all inclusive to include a dinner but starters VERY expensive. Food was top class except for the deserts which let it down. Trying too hard to be fancy and different but taste was not great at all. We both didn't finish them. But other than that the food is absolutely lovely. Fillet steak very very small too.

Hotel is beautiful, as is the restaurant. Service was great. Food was good for most of us. My husband had the filet. Not tender, but good taste. We would go back!!
